Kaivohuone, designed by architect Carl Engel, was first opened in 1838 as a restaurant and has since entertained the social circles of its time in the center of Helsinki. The restaurant building of the old spa is located in the embrace of Kaivopuisto and its exceptionally wonderful location by the sea in the middle of the green park is a unique setting for your event.
Kaivohuone's terrace, located in the heart of the green Kaivopuisto, has been the number one summer spot for generations and offers a great setting for organizing a relaxed outdoor event in the peaceful oasis within the city.
The terrace is partially covered and has its own toilets. The heaters allow you to party until the morning. There are two bar counters on the terrace.
