Renowned for its premium steaks and excellent service, Stefan’s Steakhouse offers a versatile setting for both corporate and private events – right in the heart of Oulu!
Located in the city center, the Oulu restaurant continues the familiar Stefan’s Steakhouse concept: a high-quality yet relaxed steakhouse where you’ll feel equally welcome in shorts or a blazer. In addition to the private dining room, the restaurant also features a 50-seat terrace that can be reserved for private use during the summer season.
The restaurant includes a private dining room for up to 30 guests, offering your group privacy for everything from meetings to family celebrations. The space is separated from the rest of the restaurant by glass doors and is equipped with presentation technology suitable for meetings.
The private room is typically available for booking during the restaurant’s regular opening hours and requires a minimum spend. If your food and beverage orders exceed the agreed minimum, no separate rental fee is charged. The restaurant can also be opened outside of regular hours upon special request — contact us for more details!
Pricing
Private events at Stefan’s Steakhouse Oulu are priced based on a minimum spend.
If the minimum spend is met, no separate venue rental fee is charged. The minimum spend includes all food and beverage orders made in advance or on-site during the event. If sales fall short of the agreed amount, the difference will be charged as a venue fee.

November–December (peak season):
Weekends (Fri–Sat): €2,000
Weekdays (Mon–Thu): €1,150
January–October (regular season):
Weekends (Fri–Sat): €1,450
Weekdays (Mon–Thu): €1,150
The private dining room is typically available during the restaurant’s regular opening hours. If you’d like to book the space outside of opening hours, special arrangements can be made and pricing will be reviewed accordingly.
