Pörssisali in Pörssitalo is a charming option for official meetings and seminars, but also for festive dinner events. Pörssisali can accommodate cocktail events for up to 130 people. For seated events, depending on the table and chair arrangement, about 100 people fit comfortably. The beautiful windows bring light, spaciousness, and atmosphere to the space.
Pörssitalo is booked entirely for private use for each event, and no two private events take place simultaneously, so your privacy is guaranteed. Each private event uses a sales-guarantee pricing model, where no separate venue fee is charged if the pre-agreed minimum sales for food and drink catering are met.

Pricing
Private events held at Pörssitalo are priced based on a sales guarantee, and if the guarantee is met, no separate venue fee is charged. The sales guarantee includes all food and drink orders placed both in advance and on-site. External services, such as cloakroom service, are charged separately.
DETAILED SALES GUARANTEES
Breakfast event (8:00 AM – 11:00 AM) – €4,400
Half-day meeting (max. 4 hours) – €5,500
Full-day meeting (max. 8 hours) – €6,900
Evening event – €7,000
Wedding event – €8,000
The amount of the sales guarantee depends on the event’s time and duration, as well as the number of attendees and any additional services. The sales guarantee varies according to the time of day and season – so please ask for a quote tailored to your event!
Please note that it is not possible to hold two private events simultaneously at Pörssitalo; the entire building with all its facilities is always rented exclusively for the same private event.
