The convenient and well-functioning Börs Cabinet is perfect for hosting a meeting or lunch effortlessly. This flexible room is also a great choice for smaller celebrations and dinner events. Depending on the setup, the Börs Cabinet can seat up to 70 people!
Pörssitalo is always reserved in its entirety for private use during each event. No two private events are held at the same time, so your privacy is guaranteed. A sales-guarantee pricing model applies to all private events, meaning no separate venue rental fee is charged if the agreed minimum sales from food and beverage service is met.
For meetings and training sessions, ready-made meeting packages are available. These include not only food and venue rental but also meeting equipment such as a sound system, video projector, notepads, and a flip chart. Meeting packages are included in the sales guarantee – ask us for more details!

Pricing
Private events at Pörssitalo are priced based on a sales guarantee. If the minimum sales amount is met, no separate venue rental fee is charged. The sales guarantee includes all food and beverage orders placed in advance as well as those made on-site. External services, such as cloakroom service, are charged separately.
DETAILED SALES GUARANTEES
Breakfast event (08:00–11:00) – €4,400
Half-day meeting (max. 4 hours) – €5,500
Full-day meeting (max. 8 hours) – €6,900
Evening event – €7,000
Wedding event – €8,000
The amount of the sales guarantee depends not only on the time and duration of the event but also on the number of guests and any additional services. The guarantee may vary depending on the time of day and season – contact us for a tailored quote for your event!
Please note that it is not possible to host two private events at the same time in Pörssitalo. The entire building, including all its spaces, is always rented exclusively for one private event.
