Pörssitalo is an impressive building located in the heart of the most beautiful part of Helsinki – operating as a banquet restaurant, Pörssitalo is the perfect choice for festive occasions.
Countless celebrations have been held at Pörssitalo, and it’s no surprise, since the elegant and stunning facilities provide the best possible setting for any event! Pörssitalo’s largest spaces — Restaurant Pörssi, Pörssisali, and Peilisali — can accommodate even larger groups. The building also includes Linnanpiha, which is suitable for cocktail events, as well as a couple of private rooms for smaller groups.
The restaurant staff are happy to help organize all kinds of events, whether it’s an official seminar, conference, elegant wedding, or a more casual company party! Tell us your wishes, and we will create a celebration limited only by your imagination.
Pörssitalo is reserved entirely for private use for each event, and no two private events are held simultaneously in the building, so your privacy is guaranteed. Each private event uses a minimum sales guarantee pricing model, meaning no separate venue rental fee is charged if the agreed minimum sales for food and drinks is met.

Pricing
Private events held at Pörssitalo are priced based on a minimum sales guarantee. If the minimum sales are met, no separate venue rental fee will be charged. The minimum sales include all food and drink orders placed both in advance and on-site. External services, such as cloakroom staff, are charged separately.
DETAILED MINIMUM SALES GUARANTEES
Breakfast event (8:00 AM – 11:00 AM) – €4,400
Half-day meeting (max 4 hours) – €5,500
Full-day meeting (max 8 hours) – €6,900
Evening event – €7,000
Wedding event – €8,000
The amount of the minimum sales guarantee depends on the event’s timing and duration, as well as the number of guests and any additional services. The minimum sales requirement varies according to the time of day and the season — so please ask for a quote tailored to your event!
Please note that Pörssitalo never hosts two private events at the same time. The entire building, including all spaces, is always rented exclusively for each private event.
