Private events held in the restaurant side are priced with a sales guarantee, and when the guarantee is met, no separate venue rental is charged. The sales guarantee includes both food and drink orders made in advance and on-site—if total sales fall below the agreed amount, the difference will be charged as the venue rental fee.
